This was a unique venue, with a beautiful courtyard leading up to the apartment that felt like you had your own flat in Venice. The staff were very helpful and you are walked from the main hotel to the Casa Dolce, getting a mini tour along the way. Location was great, with a Spar very close by, and Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square minutes away.

The room was okay - did not quite live up to the photos. Had issues with the shower leaking Onto bathroom floor. Odour seemed to develop when we used the bathroom fan while taking a shower. It actually felt like we were walking into an abandoned building . Not well kept within the court yard. Location was good - in the heart of San Marco.

This was a perfect location right on the canal with a supermarket and a café right out the front door however, this is not a staffed hotel. It is a beautiful corner of Villa with four other rooms with a magical sculpture lobby with the water lapping into the foyer it’s kind of mysterious, but cool in a magical Venice way and two minutes to Saint Marks and the magic of secret Venice.
You enter from the little square with the supermarket and go through this sculpture lobby right on the canal

The suite was beautiful!, minutes from st marks… finding the apartment was a bit of a challenge, read all instructions carefully and you will have no problems: when I did finally arrive for checkin the front desk staff were terrific, helpful and cheery!… the apartment is a 16C renascent building (non descript), though the hotel & amenities are beautiful! The apartment was quiet, clean and beautiful! Just what I wanted and beyond my expectations! Thank you!!

Location was perfect and the bed was comfortable and it was a perfect location a few minutes away from Saint Mark Church, and the Piazza. However, if you have a lot of luggage, they tell you to meet at a different hotel before to get the key. They say it’s nearby but it’s really about 10 minutes away and it’s a hassle if you have a lot of bags so make sure if you stay here you’re traveling late or else you’re gonna be frustrated. There’s no elevator going to the room other than that perfect location had air-conditioning shops nearby. The room was clean, etc..
