Got a two-room Cipriani apt. Was not comfortable... Bathroom smells, lack of mugs and kitchen towel and no action after request. No side tables in rooms So we had to place small stuff on floor. A lot of paperworks/rules to follow with fees to pay penalties if not followed. Felt juvenile...

Venice -

The location is awesome and the management folks are quite receptive . We had an issue with the WIFI which they did their very best to solve. It turns out it is a provider issue and they were somewhat hamstrung as it was a weekend.

Apartment for 6 in the center of Venice

Very good location, minutes to bus station to/from airport, to people mover to cruise terminal and to public boat transportation. Cafés and restaurants all around . Lovely place to stay, we were 6 very comfy beds, except sofa bed not so great.
