Contemporary Style Apartment with Garden in Dorsoduro

Besides the excellent location in the Dorsoduro District, the great plus of the Palladio "C" is the garden accessible directly from the living room.



The spectacular Basilica della Salute, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and Punta della Dogana with the François Pinault Foundation are just behind the corner.



It is found along the well-known Zattere waterfront, possibly the best spot of the city for a stroll in the sun and an exceptional view on Saint Mark's Basin. The public transportation, the Spirito Santo Vaporetto stop line n.6, that is literally next to the apartment, takes only 15 minutes (2 stops) to reach the Lido, allowing the guests to easily access the beach.



Laid out on about 80 square meters, it is composed of a spacious living room that faces the garden featuring a comfortable sofa and a round dining table, a fully equipped and very functional kitchen, two double bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. It features wooden beamed ceilings and Terrazzo Veneziano flooring.



The apartment is equipped with every possible comfort such as efficient air conditioning system, independent heating, Wi-Fi internet connection, appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, large fridge and freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, smart TV, etc.



The lovely garden is shared with the guest of the other apartment Palladio B and it is furnished with a beautiful set of wrought iron table and chairs placed on a wooden platform accessible directly from the dining area.



We recommend the Palladio "C" apartment to either families with children, particularly in summer for those who prefer to be close to the Lido beaches, or romantic couples, or elder guests with limited mobility who are looking for an easily accessible ground floor without steps to climb.



Additional Rules & Information



• A €400 security deposit is required by credit card at check-in for all guests, except for bookings made via Airbnb.



• Tourist Tax (€ 4 per person, per night) must be paid in cash at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights. Children aged 10–16 receive a 50% discount, while children under 10 are exempt.



• The number of guests, including children, must not exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy stated on the apartment page



• Please inform us of your arrival time at least 4 days before check-in.



• Standard check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00.



• Late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 is available for an additional € 50 fee, payable in cash upon arrival.



• Check-in from 00:00 to 01:00 is available for a € 80 check-in fee, payable in cash upon arrival.



• No check-in is possible after 01:00 AM.



• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.



• Please contact us in advance if you would like to request an early luggage drop-off.



• After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an e-mail with our online check-in form. There, you can let us know your preferred bed setup (single or double beds). If no preference is selected, we’ll prepare the apartment according to the default setup shown on the form.



• Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the owner and require an additional fee of € 80 per stay. Please contact us before booking, as cancellations due to pet non-approval are not eligible for a refund.
