Two comfortable apartments located in the heart of Venice, in the San Polo district. They are ideally situated, in a quiet, practical spot, just a few steps away from the San Silvestro vaporetto stop and from Rialto with its lively market. Carefully restored and furnished in typical Venetian style, the apartments are on the upper floors of an old building and have a separate entry from the flats on the lower floors. The smaller apartment, Rialto Due, is on the second floor and includes a living/dining room, kitchenette, double bedroom, single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The Terrazza apartment is on two floors and can accommodate up to four people. On the third floor are a kitchen, two bedrooms (a double and a twin) and a bathroom with shower. On the fourth floor with sloping ceilings there is a living room with dining area. This room gives access to a private, small terrace equipped with garden furniture.

Wohnung und Betreuung

Die Schlüsselinhaberin und Wohnungsbetreuerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings sollte sie auch unter den Betten saugen, dort gab es viele Staubflocken. Das Bad ist extrem klein, das lässt sich aber nicht ändern. Der Fernseher hat nur italienische Programme. Für die Betten wären zusätzliche Decken wünschenswert. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, hübsche Möbilierung, die Lage ist optimal, zum nächsten Vaporetto sind es weniger als fünf Fußminuten, zum Mini-Supermarkt sind es zwei Minuten. An der Rialto-Brücke findet man sogar die FAZ. Schön ist der Blick in den kleinen Park des Hotels Aman. Für ältere, gebrechliche Menschen ist die Wohnung im zweiten Stock weniger geeignet. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment

Wir waren zu dritt für eine Woche in Venedig, das Apartment ist mit allem eingerichtet, was wir gebraucht haben, zentral gelegen, trotzdem sehr ruhig, direkt in der zweiten Reihe hinter dem Canale Grande. Supermarkt direkt um eine Ecke, Vaporetto St. Silvestre 3min Fußweg. Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
