Not so many facilities in the room, just basics, they could have a few more options for breakfast (good price though with 10€ per person). If you don't find a place to stay in Venice Centre I would strongly recommended it.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is very close to tran station for a 10 minute ride on the T1 to Venice. Easy to get to places. Mestre Centre is great place to eat and shop.

Alex, the front desk worker, went above and beyond to explain using the Tram into Venice. He helped plan our two days in Venice with detailed directions and maps! He even booked our boat trip to Murano, Torcello, and Burano. We would HIGHLY recommend this place! Breakfast was great too.
