Fantastic place to stay in Venice. There is no breakfast availability here but that was not a problem as there were loads of options in the surrounding area. St Marks square is less than a 10 minute walk away so it’s close enough to the lively centre but far away enough that you don’t have the street noise. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bed is comfortable. The views from the room are stunning and include views of the canals. If we were to ever come back we would definitely stay here again. It was perfect.

Great location, once you find it. If coming in by train, arrange for the private water taxi to get you to the "front" door (waterside) as this would have been a challenge finding it the first time. Beautiful room, cozy, great location, would stay again!

Great location and room was clean. We paid extra for a balcony room which was on the second floor, unfortunately this was situated directly next to the hotel reception. I have never seen a reception room in the middle of a hotel before! We felt we had no privacy during our stay and I couldn’t relax. From early morning everyday we could hear people constantly talking as it was the main reception, on several occasions my husband had to ask for the staff to lower their voice since it was very loud and we still wanted to sleep in the morning. There was a loud buzz every-time someone opened the main door which was directly opposite our door. If you want peaceful mornings this definitely isn’t the hotel for you. Opposite our balcony was the back of the orchestra, there seemed to be boats constantly loading and unloading instruments which was also very noisy when you are trying to relax and sleep.

Loved this place!

Everything was amazing. Location was central, but quiet. Communication was easy from pre-arrival to check-out. View from room was magical. Room was well appointed. A complimentary bottle of Prosecco left for us. We went for a romantic stay and every detail was perfect.
