Comfy stay in Venice

When we arrived we were greeted by the desk clerk Kate who was very welcoming, informative and efficient. First impression- When we saw our room, we were disappointed that our room and bathroom were so tiny; there was a musty odour and the shower stall had quite a bit of mould. However, the bedding and towels were clean and the bathroom was clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was so quiet. A fabulous breakfast is included complete with freshly baked pastries. The location is really convenient. This is a great place to stay!

The room I stayed in (111) isn't very big and showering without getting the whole bathroom wet wasn't possible. If they would invest in replacing the shower door that would be easily solved though. The hotel was disgusting, the room was so dusty and musty and full of mould on the walls and in the bathroom. The toilet seat did stay up, there was broken shelves in the shower and exposed wiring in the bedroom (to name a few issues).
