Many customers say they are sooo polite , and they are correct! The father, Papa, actually took us in their van and dropped us off at a restaurant. Perfect place to stay if you would like to be close to Venice and the airport. I am very sensitive to noise and the rooms were very quiet. The area is industrial, so there is not much traffic at night. I would surely stay there again!

The property is newly renovated. 5 min walk to the train, which is one stop away from Venice. Or you can take the bus which is right outside the doors of the hotel. Parking is great and secure. The only issue is that there are no shops or restaurants close by, so you need to commute.

It’s rather old and tired, could use an upgrade but it was clean and the service was good. The bed could be more comfortable. The best thing about this hotel is there’s a bus stop in front of the door to get to Venice Sta Lucia and back!

Really good access to Venice and then out of the city with buses and trains available from 0-15min walks without being in crowded areas. Staff was nice breakfast was good. Room was clean and nice to stay in. Only thing wifi wasn’t working the first day in the room but good hotel wifi is hard to come by anyways. Overall made our trip to Venice smooth and enjoyable.

Staff was super helpful. They helped me figure the bus & train system, as well as swlling bus passes. The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel, which is awesome. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed an espresso at their bar when I came back in the evenings. The bed was comfy and worked for my tourist needs. I would definitely come here again. 👍
