I stayed for two night and had a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist you with whatever you need. The location is perfect as it is very close to the train station and everything you could need is a short walking distance. Would definitely stay again if I find myself in Venice again.

We loved our stay at Arcadia Boutique Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean and room service did a good job each day. It is situated perfectly for getting to and from the airport via Alilaguna (Guglie stop on the Orange line), and also for walking to the city centre. The only downside was that we were put in a room at the front of the property so noise from the street at night kept us up pretty much every night unfortunately as there is a bar below! I'd still recommend the hotel as I suppose in most accommodations in such a busy city you will get noise.

The hotel is small and quite intimate, though it’s located on a very busy thoroughfare, so it’s quite noisy late into the night and early in the morning. All in all, a positive stay though.

Finding the Arcadia Boutique Hotel is like having a diamond dropped onto your lap. Unassuming from the outside, the preserved history of its common areas combined with the elegant remodeled private rooms create a memorable stay. The staff is kind and attentive--at the level one would expect at one the of finest of hotels. If you appreciate excellent design and attention to detail, you will not be disappointed. The breakfast buffet offers a beautiful selection and is actually worth the additional fee. The lounge has a spectacular Murano glass chandelier that dates beck centuries to the original construction centuries ago. The neighborhood is lively and historic. Lots of shopping and dining options steps away from the front door. Ask where the locals eat. They’ll tell you!

We lived this property and were very impressed with our room. The staff were amazing and helpful. We did not like that the AC was not operational due to it being “winter” so the room was much warmer than we would like. We told them this and they shut down the heat in the room and told us to open the windows. While this would normally be okay but the room was just above the street level so the amount of noise from the street all through then entire night made it very difficult to keep them open and sleep. It want until around 3 am that it was low enough to keep them open and allow the room to cool. I would hope that AC means it is operational not that it’s disconnected during the winter.

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. To begin with, the service is exceptional. The gentleman who checked me in was friendly and welcoming and he gave advice on places to visit, plus provided a map which was very helpful. He also showed me to the room, explained how to adjust the heating and how to contact reception in case I needed anything. The lady at breakfast was also lovely and made wonderful coffee. The breakfast itself was fresh and tasty. I had a double room and the size was great. The room was decorated to a very high standard and the bed was very comfortable - as were the lovely pillows. The housekeeping provided fresh towels each day and there is a minibar in the room offering drinks and a snack option for very reasonable prices. There was also a kettle with a good selection of tea and coffee. The location is great and is easy to find - if travelling from Marco Polo airport you can get the arancia line on the Alilaguna and get off at Guglie - it’s a ten minute stroll from there (there are a number of other options but that was my preferred one!). Absolutely recommend Arcadia Boutique hotel and I look forward to returning in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Arcadia Boutique Hotel. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service, making the experience even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, offering a safe and quiet atmosphere with good dining and shopping options nearby. The surrounding area was easy to explore on foot, and boat transportation was accessible. The only issue we had was that our room faced a very busy street with people walking by throughout the night. At times, the noise woke us up, which was a bit disruptive. Aside from that, it was a fantastic stay, and I would still highly recommend the hotel!
