Chers Monsieur et Madame, Nous sommes très désolés de lire que votre séjour a été pas parfait. Mais donnez-nous la chance de répondre à vos plaintes juste parce que nous nous souvenons de tous nos invités. Malheureusement, pendant votre séjour la machine à café a été brisée mais quand vous avez demandé un café, nous étions prêts à le fair par moka. Et dans la chambre il y a une bouilloire mais aussi café et tè. Nous aussi n'avons pas manqué de faire un sourire, nous aimons notre travail et donner à nos invités un bon accueil. La chambre est pleine de prises, seulement sous la télévision il y a plus de deux. "VMC dans la salle de bain extrêmement bruyante et dérangeante" - c'est pas correct! Dans la salle de bain il y a aussi une grande fenêtre. La lumiere principale est bruyante parce que l'aspiration est incorporée (aux termes de la loi). Normalerweise sind unsere Suiten eine gute Loesung fuer Familien (weil im Hotel haben wir nur Doppelzimmer) aber Paare auch. Wir geben immer bei der Buchung eine detaillierte Beschreibung des Zimmers. Es ist wirklich schade zu wissen, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub nicht genossen haben.
