I genuinely felt a little ‘catfished’ with this property. Check in- it was quick and efficient, and the staff was friendly and competent. The lobby was small and utilitarian at best but not warm and welcoming for a hotel this size. Room: Everything was clean, in fact everything felt sterile. It was all white, no pictures on any walls (even in the hallways). Beds were very uncomfortable with only one option of a flat pillow per person. It was not a comfortable bed or pillows. We did not sleep comfortably. They had one chair, one desk, one coffee machine with no cups, no coffee, no sugar or cream. I don’t even remember the last time I wasn’t offered coffee in my room. There was a charge of 3 Euro if you wanted a pod to go with the coffee maker. Hallways - to get to the rooms there were long hallways that darted in and out, and came to a common room. It really reminded me of nurses stations. In each of those rooms they also had a decent coffee maker, but again, no cups or coffee, no spoons, sugar or cream. Breakfast was decent. Plenty to choose from. It wasn’t the best I’ve had but I was happy with it. The host and staff for that room didn’t greet us and were quite cold. It’s been a very different experience from what we’ve had in Italy so far! I would not stay here again for the nights sleep and for charging for an in-room cup of coffee. The pictures on-line looked great and modern but we were extremely disappointed. Location: good for train access.

Nous avons passé trois nuits en tout. Nous étions arrivés vers 11h30, exténués par notre voyage et par la chaleur et on espérait prendre possession de notre chambre car on pouvait à peine tenir debout. Tout ce qu’on voulait c’était dormir, mais on nous a répondu qu’on devait attendre jusqu’à 15h ou payer 25 euros pour pouvoir prendre possession avant 15h. Dans notre cas, vu la fatigue extrême, nous avons dû payer les 25 euros d’extra, malgré cela, nous avons quand même attendu 20 minutes, puis, on a finalement eu la fameuse clé. Une seule clé au lieu de deux, ce qui n’est pas vraiment pratique vu qu’on était 2 personnes et que cela nécessitait de l’organisation pour nos rentrées et nos sorties. La chambre était propre, le lit acceptable, mais aurait pu être mieux. La climatisation était excellente en ce temps de chaleur, très apprécié, a contribué à notre confort. Il y avait un petit frigo, mais vide. Des bouteilles d’eau offertes auraient été nécessaires et apprécié. Pas de thé ou de café laissé comme petit geste d’attention et de bienvenue. La connexion wifi est à améliorer, elle coupait très souvent. Le prix payé est finalement très cher comparé aux services reçu. En somme, notre expérience au Delfino était passable pas plus, en raison des points négatifs mentionnés. Est-ce je recommande cet hôtel, je dirais à vous de decider suite à la lecture de mon commentaire. Est-ce que j’y retournerai dans le futur, c’est NON.
