L'appartamento è situato in una posizione strategica, a pochi metri da fermate bus e tram che garantiscono di raggiungere il Cuore di Venezia ed altre unicità del territorio Veneto in modo facile e rapido.

L’appartamento, dotato di aria condizionata e riscaldamento, dispone di una camera matrimoniale, una cucina attrezzata, un bagno, un ampio soggiorno e due terrazzini che permettono di avere luce in qualunque momento della giornata.
