Apartment fine EXCEPT only bathroom being on second floor up steep steps without handrails and only glass to hold on to. I fell and we left one day because of this. Also from street door to apartment was a steep staircase with only a flimsy rail (falling apart) to hang on to. Courtyard behind front street entrance filthy with discarded junk and building materials. Also an amazing issue- we were fined for late check in 90 EUROS although with was not our fault or so late. Apartment Hard to find but good location, close to San Marcos. Thus mixed review.

I would like to thank Maurizia . Who was a great host and very helpful ,she expained us everything about the flat , transportation and Venice . She also helped us with booking a water taxi to take us to station. The flat was clean , spacious and well renovated .

Stor og fin leilighet som passet til oss (familie på fem). Lå i gåavstand til det meste i Venezia. Og samtidig i et veldig rolig nabolag. Veldig fornøyd med denne leiligheten.

Das Appartment ist einfach toll. Die Lage ideal. Die Betten/Matratzen hervorragend. Die Ausstattung der Küche war gut und für einen Kurzaufenthalt mehr als ausreichend. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher vorhanden. Insgesamt war die Wohnung sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden die Unterkunft bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt gerne wieder buchen.
