Disappointing

My Place Santa Maria Formosa was extremely difficult to find. Management needs to provide instructions once an individual reaches Venice. We were told to which vapored to to take but not much else. As a result, it took more than one hour to locate originally and we got lost each time we returned to the apartment. Aside from the really small shower, a piercing alarm went off three times during our 3-day stay. Very unnerving. I expected more based upon the reviews and cost.

Appartement de qualité et bien équipé, bien situé geographiquement en revanche odeur d egout dans la salle de bain et reel probleme d organisation et de communication quand pour la recuperation des clefs de l appartement a notre arrivee

Apartamento nuevo, moderno y limpio

Experiencia inmejorable. El trato y disponibilidad de Mónica para todo lo que necesitamos fue inmejorable. Nos dio su teléfono y estuvo atenta a todo. Sin duda recomiendo a todo el mundo ir. Si volvemos a Venecia, no miraremos otro sitio. Apartamento igual que en las fotografías, no engaña nada!!!

Struttura spettacolare

struttura spettacolare con un meraviglioso soffitto realizzato con travi in legno a vista, inoltre a noi è stato assegnato il bilocale all'ultimo piano con l'ascensore all'interno dell'appartamento. Arredamento essenziale, curato e attento ai particolari; molto pulito con un comodissimo divano letto e due servizi igienici. L'appartamento è ubicato a due passi da p.zza San Marco ma fuori dalla folla che invade Venezia; nei paraggi ottimi ristoranti e bacari.
