This was amazing place to stay in for our 5th trip to Italy. The property was laid out perfectly for our large group and we had common space as well as perfectly laid out bedrooms and bathrooms. Located near enough to tourist areas but far enough away from crowds. The apartment was perfect with lots of space, great air conditioning and wonderful art. This is a beautiful apartment in a quiet area. Our group of 8 adults shared three happy days there in October. Our host was attentive, arranging water taxis from the airport.A few issues: we were told there were 12 steps up to the apartment (there is no elevator) but it is more like 30. We had heavy luggage and three in our group walk with canes so it is important to keep this in mind. Also, 4 adults needed to share one bathroom where there are no hooks for wet towels, perhaps something can be added in the bedrooms. A microwave would be a welcome addition since we bought back leftovers from the delicious restaurants in the area. A special place, amazing artwork, luxurious bed linens and a balcony overlooking the canal. Would definitely recommend.

The water taxi drop off point is right by the place, the courtyard is beautiful and the rooms are all well laid out and beautifully decorated with a mixture of modern and old art that feels homey.
