The hotel is a former Palazzo. Everything about it is impeccable. The staff knows you by name. The food is excellent. The location is perfect, far enough away from the crowds but close enough that everything is within walking distance would definitely stay there again when I go back to (Venice)

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and so romantic! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and truly made us feel like royalty. We will definitely be coming back. This hotel is a work of art

Spent two nights here at the close of a week long trip in Italy. The hotel is remarkably designed and maintained, and the service is high touch without being overbearing. Daily breakfast in the courtyard was excellent and the room was extremely comfortable. 15 min walk to st marks square and tucked away from the touristic chaos. Very highly recommended!
