Great apartment

The penthouse apartment was very nice, it has been completely remodeled and is very close to San Marco Square. The owner Robi meet us when we got there to show us around the apartment and also gave us some tips for Venice. The rooftop balcony was a nice place to relax. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Venice.

I got charge for cleaning fee of 30 euros upfront which is fine but the room is filthy. There’s a dried sofa streak in the wall, a used tissue in the table a used plastic cup on the bathroom and on top of that the caretaker is almost an hour late on meeting us.

チェックイン時、クリーニング代を請求されました

104.5ユーロとcity taxと理解していたのですが、クリーニング代30ユーロをチェックインの際、請求されました。カードは使えない、現金のみで、領収書も貰えませんでした。 女性3人の旅だった為、トラブルも嫌だったので、泣き寝入りでした。クリーニング代の請求にはご注意下さい。

The place is really nice, just with what you need to have a perfect stay in venice. The location is the best, just near plaza san marco. And also the wifi super fast. Robi is a very good host:) everything was very good.

Die lage ist perfekt, die kommunikation und aufmerksamkeit mit dem besitzer ist sehr schlecht, das bad ist sehr dreckig und mit vielen dingen kaputt und beschädigt und ich musste extra drei nächte 50.00 fr mehr bezahlen und wollte mir keine quittung geben

Terrible. Total insecure and unhealthy. We were in apartment 3. There are three apartments with the same access. The owner give us key that open all of the three apartments. This means that he can do the same with other client and they can open our room. ATTENTION TO DUST MITE ALLERGY. Your are in high risk. As the owner, indian, was not happy with my decision of leaving the insecure apartment, he shouted me. I do travel to asia, africa, americas and europe, including rusia. Never felt so insecure. Of course he will not refund. I bought the same night in another hotel, and still I was happy of my decision of leaving. By the way, no romantic and no view... check the entrance at the picture, gives you an idea...

At arrival we were told to pay an extra 30 euros for cleaning and 9 euro tourist tax (3 euro per person). This was written in the small letters. Still not sure why we payed for the cleaning while the bathroom wasn't cleaned and there were stains on the wall of unknown sources. The host told us he would clean while we discovered Venice. This did not happen. The address is actually Frezzaria and not San Marco square. It's close, yes, but not the same. Even though the photo's show a kitchen and balcony; these were nowhere to be found.
