A nicely appointed apartment with everything you need for a stay in Venice. Nice shower and kitchen. Nice garden but it’s filled with mosquitos. Wonderful Italy gave us the wrong address for the property, which took some time from our schedule. And having to hike from one end of the city to another to pick up the key wasn’t a positive experience. It was an interesting experience renting this place but wouldn’t do it again.

The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, stylish, super convenient and a great home base in Venice. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the patio because of so many mosquitos (bring bug spray and it should be fine). The only real frustration was the initial key pickup that is a totally different location than the apartment. When traveling from the airport, this meant we weren’t able to use the most convenient travel modes. Otherwise, 5 star!

A Bad Choice

The communication with the management company was frustrating because whatever we needed or expected was unavailable. The management would not let us check in a minute before check in time even though we were waiting in the pouring rain. Hair dryer, none; 3 chairs, as I paid extra for the 3rd guest, no extra xhair, and the 2 available chairs had very loose legs that we constantly tightened. We asked for an extra roll of toilet paper, no, or pay 10 euros a person extra.The house keeper left dirty towels on the bathroom floor from the previous guest. We were told to wash any dish or cup we used before we left. We were told to take out the trash before we left. Mgmt gave us a pass on the trash because we were leaving at 6:30 am.

Great place and clean. A little difficult to find. GPS does not work well there. From the train station take water bus 1 to your stop. 25 min ride on the water. They should provide a map on how to get there.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Ca San Carlo. It was extremely clean and exactly what the photos portray. It's located close to restaurants and is a 10 min walk to St.Mark's square. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay here again if I ever come back to Venice.

Nice property and very easy to get to from San Angelo port. The building is in a nice and quiet away from the tourist hotspot. Everything is within walking distance, there’s a despar supermarket 3 mins away and you can walk to rialto and san Marco within 10-15mins. The green jungle apartment was a good size and can fit 3 people. Bathroom on the smaller side but had everything we needed (shower pressure was nonexistent but was fine.) Air conditioning was good, but it faces the bedroom, so the cold air doesn’t circulated around the kitchen or living area (Need to move the fan to the living area) Overall, nice stay.
