come struttura conforme alle attese condizioni di accesso al terrazzino molto difficoltose per due ragioni: la prima una scala da ribaltare all'interno pesantissima, la seconda, una volta posizionata la scala per poter accedere al terrazzino, le finestre non potevano più essere chiuse, per questo l'abbiamo usata solo 2 volte
