My wife and I came from Canada and spent the night in September at this hotel. The front desk manager Shrepsa made us feel welcomed and she made sure our stay was great.
I highly recommend anyone visiting Venice to stay there.
Small room, which I expected. No soap, bad wiring (dangerous?), and loose faucet in bathroom. Seemed clean enough, but was warm and AC didn’t work well.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
The hotel advertised 24/7 reception but we turned up to a locked door and not a single person around. We rang the buzzer for at least 30 minutes and had no response. We tried to call the number on the door but also had no answer. We had to contact Hotels.com for support and they also could not get in touch with the hotel. We had to walk around Venice at 10pm in the dark trying to find another hotel with a room! We didn’t ever get a response from the hotel to apologise either! Don’t waste your time!!

This was a nice place to stay. The staff wasn’t present when we arrived and left our key outside, getting wifi was a bit challenging. Overall the room was quite nice and a bit small. The bathroom area was extremely small alongside the shower. For the price the room was worth it.
Great location close to restaurants and San Marco square. Washroom too tight. No air conditioning

They did not open door, no answer to my call, no answer to messages, I was left ou in streeet at 10 PM to find abother hotel. Terrible irresponsible hotel
Smell badly, mosquitoes, dark room. No service at reception desk. No A/C. Windows have no net. No smoke detector. Dangerous place.the lady doesn’t speak English purposely.
No AC no refrigerator (both not working) For air I had to open a screen less window over a stinking canal with mosquitos flying in so Iclosed the window & slept in a hot box. No amenities. A very dismal experience in room 25. Stay here? Never!

We were not allowed to use the air conditioning (the host wouldn’t tell us why). The refrigerator didn’t work. We were told there will be no breakfast available. We were given a small fan to keep cool. There were no staff to assist you,only to check you in and to make sure that you left your key behind. Very disappointing!!! We will never recommend this place.

Receptionist spoke almost zero English, no one was available when we checked in who could answer our questions in English. We ordered breakfast through Expedia and were denied breakfast even though they were serving breakfast the next morning. The day we checked in, we were told hotel SanGiorgio would store our luggage the following day. The next day they would not store luggage for us until I was put on the phone with someone who could speak English, then they stored our luggage but still wouldn’t give us our Breakfast.
