Many positive attributes

This property is wonderful in many ways. Read the whole review if you are going there. The apartment has 2 rooms w A/C. The shutters block out the noise that always happens, everywhere, in Venice during the day. It is only about 100 feet/30 meters from the Hotel Scandinavia. Knowing this will help you figure out how to get there. It is about 12 minutes from the Realto bridge (Orange Line ferry) from the airport. Your phones directions will often get confused, due to the tall brick buildings. It is best to spend 25 to 35 Euros to have “Constantine” or another porter (who are along that dock) to take you the 1st time-- as there are 3 bridges and many alleys to go down to get to the property. You will either need Mobile service or WhatsApp, with a data plan (you can download an eSim card, such as Mama Mia, ahead of time), as the local "free" Venice wifi does Not work. The owner's agent arranges the night before arrival (only via WhatsApp or text--not email) a time to meet you near the apartment. We were delayed (bad airline) and then we had trouble, even with the nice agent's help, connecting with him to get the key. There are only 1 or 2 apartments in the building that are rented, so you have to see an agent to get the key. The bed is very firm. There are dishes and pans with a stove top. There is no microwave, TV or oven. Weak shared wifi.There is only 1 key.No lift. Wonderful balcony. A 5 Star VeniceApt. The neighborhood is wonderful. We’d love to go again.

まず、アパートメント主の対応が素晴らしかった。レイトチェックインの鍵受け渡しをしてくれた担当者もとても親切に対応してくれた。 9泊したが、日本人にとっては慣れないラジエーターの仕組みに、前半は戸惑ったことと、覚悟以上のヴェネチアの寒さで、どうなることかと思ったが…後半は快適に過ごせた。 関連する質問にアパートメント主も担当者もWhatsAppで迅速に親切に対応してくれて本当に心強かった。 清潔でこぢんまりと、小柄な日本人2名で過ごすには充分な広さだった。洗濯後に干すツールもあり長期滞在には助かる設備。 欲を言えば、電子レンジがあれば、朝ご飯づくりのバリエーションが手軽に広がったと思う。しかしコンロで蒸し煮したり工夫でそのあたりは乗り切れた。 あとは立地！何度かヴェネチア自体には行ったことがあったので、リッチの良さが1番の決定理由になったのですが、美味しいレストランも気の利いたスーパーも近くにあり、この立地も長期滞在には助かった。

Super information tilsendt inden afrejse , fantastisk velkomst med bykort samt anvisninger til gode restauranter. Charmerende lille studiolejlighed , med en skøn tagaltan , tæt på Rialtobroen , sengen en smule for blød efter min smag , men ellers tip top , wifi fungerede perfekt , vil med glæde vende tilbage
