The place was great. It was clean and newer build. The place at night though does not have a lot of Options for dining just the one hotel and a pizza take out place. Walking at night to the train is not recommended.

Loved my stay

Apartment is in very good condition and loved to stay in the apartment. Due to quietness and graffiti in the road leading to apartment you may feel area may not be safe, but not encountered any issues when I stayed. It's very near to train station and bus stop so very convenient for travel. If you are looking budget accommodation, it suits well

Nice location, secure, but not well equipped

The apartment is in a great location, away from traffic and an easy walk from public transport, shops and a lovely bakery. The apartment felt very secure and had good windows and shutters. We had to shut windows at night to keep out noise from restaurant below. The beds are not very comfortable though and we did not enjoy the smell in the apartment. The kitchen is not well equipped- there were not enough items for each of us. Eg. only 4 spoons. Which means we needed to do frequent washing of dishes. But we found the dishwasher had a terrible smell from dishes being left in it, there was no dish cloth/sponge and no dishwashing soap. No tea/coffee or any condiments so you will to bring everything of your own if you wish to use the kitchen. The facilities are more in keeping with a hotel than an apartment. The sofa was terribly worn out with badly damaged/ripped fabric. We learnt on check in there is a 10euro daily housecleaning fee, but we saw no evidence of any housecleaning the 3 days we stayed.

O espaço e as instalações fixas (armários, janelas e banheiros) são bons e novos. O atendimento dos anfitriões é ótimo. Giacomo foi muito simpático e atencioso, nos deu informações importantes e foi bastante solícito. Giovanni nos atendeu rapidamente no domingo, quando tivemos problema de falta de água quente, o que foi rapidamente resolvido. Mas, falta estrutura de apartamento para fazer refeições, como o café da manhã, ou uma comida rápida mesmo, pois só havia uma panela, pequena e sem tampa, o fogão é de duas bocas, mas nem caberiam duas panelas nele, pois é muito pequeno mesmo, apenas 4 garfos, 4 copos (nenhuma taça de vinho), para 4 pessoas hospedadas, sendo que não havia esponja nem detergente para lavar o que precisasse ser usado novamente; só a máquina de lavar louças, com apenas dois tabletes de sabão para 4 diárias (se precisasse lavar um copo apenas, dependeria da máquina). As críticas são construtivas, pois vale a pena investir um pouquinho mais e dar uma melhor infra estrutura ao imóvel. É bem perto da estação de trem de Mestre e pontos de ônibus.

체크인) 얼리체크인으로 12시 반정도에 갔는데 다행히도 벨 누르니 사장 번호로 바로 연결 되는 시스템인지 연락 닿아서 비밀번호 알려주고 방에 순조롭게 들어갔어요. 분명 3층이라고 했는데 2층같은 3층이에요. 하나 더 올라가서 큰 캐리어 옮기는데 힘들었음 ㅠㅠ 위치) 메스트레 역에 내려서 걸어와도 나쁘지 않은 거리지만, 이 숙소 보는 중이시라면 가족 여행인 경우 많으니 버스/택시 타는거 추천해요.(7월 말 너무 습하고 더웠음 ㅠㅠ) 버정에 내려서도 좀 걸어야함..(400~500m정도) 5~6분 정도 거리에 아시안 마켓 있어요(쌈장은 못봤는데 고추장은 있음 + 라면종류1.5유로정도) 주거지역 같은 느낌이라 정말 조용하고 현지인들이 많이 사는듯 해요. 베네치아 본섬 까지는 버스타고 거기서 바포레토 타서 리알토 다리에 바로 서요! 시티택스+청소비) 이틀 묶었는데 청소비 30유로 요구했어요. 다 현금으로 냈구요, 몇일에 한번 인지는 정확히 모르겠는데 2일에 한 번 청소하는데 30유로 드는거 같았어요. 시티택스는 성인 기준 2,8유로 주방도구) 냄비 두개, 후라이팬 좀 코팅 버껴진거 한개 잘 활용했구요, 소금, 후추, 식용유 없습니다. 취사 하실 계획이면 참고하세요. 아참, 이 숙소 자체가 에어비엔비 느낌인데 세탁기 없어요. 근처 코인세탁방 가서 건조기 안하고 세척만 해서 4.5 유로 들었어요. 주인한테 체크인할 때 여쭤보면 위치 알려줘요. 코인세탁방 옆옆에 중국인 마트 있구요! 룸 상태) 본섬에서는 기대 할 수 없는 모던함, 깨끗함 . 객실 상태 정말 좋아요. 화장실도 깨끗! 방 하나에 엄마랑 동생 잤구요 저는 거실에 있는 쇼파 침대에서 잤습니다. 쇼파 침대 2인 잘 수있어요. 전반적 느낌) 악의는 없었던거 같은데 체크아웃 하루 전날 시티택스 또 요구하더라구요... 전 체크인 할 때 청소비랑 냈는데 말이죠 반드시 꼭 확인하세요! 주인이 왓츠앱 있으니까 번호 교환하셔서 이걸로 궁금한거 여쭤보고 그러면 될 거예요. 베네치아 너무 더워서 고생했는데 첫날은 거실 에어컨도 잘 작동안해서 힘들었어요. 분명 켰는데 바람은 안나오고 돌아가는 소리도 되게 작고 그래서 집주인이랑 계속 연락하다가 제가 거실에 있는 온도 조절하는거 막 눌러보다가 해결했어요. 근데 방 안에 있는 에어컨은 문제 없었습니다! 유럽 숙소 치고 굉장히 넓고 깨끗해요. 다만 고질적인 문제 방음,,, 마지막 날엔 위층 소리 들리고 괜히 예민해지고,,, 에어컨 돌아가는 소리로 묻히게 했어요 ㅋㅋㅋ + )차 렌트하신느 분들 좋을 거 같아요. 공간도 넓고요. 물론 전 베네치아에선 렌트 안했지만 렌트+가족여행 이신분은 참고하세요! 여행 잘 하세요!

Good value for two nights. Close to bus stop going directly to Venezia-approx.150m. Sound proof between apartments not that good. Felt like my neighbor was in the same room when they started talking...the area was in the middle of nowhere. Ten minute walk to Mestre city square.

Not so good experience

We are a group of 5 including 2 kids. It was not so good experience. Our apartment was on 2nd floor and there was no elevator so we have to bring all the luggage through the stairs by ourself and that was painful. At least, the apartment management should provide the service to carry the luggage to 2nd floor. The passage through the stairs was smelly and there was a lot of suffocation in the room as well. There is smell in the apartment too. The bathroom sink drainage was blocked and it would take a while for water to pass by. The apartment was not easy to find but we were lucky enough that the owner was available nearby at the time and he took us. There were not many restaurants nearby. Although the place was quiet and relaxing.

Abbiamo scelto Mestre come base per visitare Venezia. La fermata d'autobus verso Venezia è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di cinque minuti, e consente di raggiungere la città (attesa del bus compresa) in massimo 25-30 minuti. Se si riesce a prenderlo al volo, il solo percorso in bus, fino a Piazzale Roma, dura circa 10-15 minuti. Il residence è in una zona estremamente tranquilla. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, di recente ristrutturazione (2013) e ben curati, tanto nell'arredamento quanto nella pulizia. Esiste la possibilità di parcheggio in area condivisa con gli altri ospiti, ma comunque recintata. Il personale è cortese e disponibile. Colgo l'occasione per ringraziare in particolare il sig. Giacomo per la piacevole attenzione con cui siamo stati accolti.
