Bungalow HIDDEN PARADISE in El Vergel close to Denia
Newly built bungalow - terraced house for 4-5 persons in a beautiful community.
It has two bedrooms, one with two single beds (90cm) and one with a double bed (150cm) en suite bathroom with shower and TV, another bathroom with shower, living-dining room with sofa bed, fully equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher. It also has a semi-covered front terrace, a back terrace with access by stairs to the terrace - solarium with tables and chairs and beautiful views.
The house is fully equipped, with air conditioning hot/cold in the living room, portable heaters, washing machine, italian coffee machine, microwave, oven, Spanisch TV in the living room and in the main bedroom, internet wifi, terrace furniture and sunbeds.
Small semi-fenced private plot with several terraces overlooking the pool and the surrounding mountains. Communal facilities with a swimming pool for the adults and also for the youngest members of the family. At the entrance of the urbanisation there is a private parking space. A little more than 1 km from the nearest beach and 600 m from the supermarket. The villages of Els Poblets, Vergel and Ondara, all with a good infrastructure, are only 5 minutes away. Dénia is 11 km away.
The region of Denia on the Costa Blanca is an ideal place to spend your holidays. Mild Mediterranean climate, long sandy beaches and beautiful mountain scenery. Dénia offers an excellent infrastructure and a wide range of possibilities for your leisure time, marina, fish market, beautiful old town, as well as an excellent gastronomic offer, not forgetting its nightlife. The 20 km of beach have possibilities for all tastes, areas to practice different sports, surfing, sailing ...., beach bars, sunbathing areas, beautiful coves. Dénia is situated in the middle of Valencia and Alicante, the airports of both cities are about one hour and ten minutes away by car. In 20 min., maximum one hour, you can visit other places on the coast such as Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Alicante in the south and Oliva, Gandia, Valencia in the north. In the area you can also find 2 golf courses, Oliva Nova Golf at 9 and La Sella at 13 km. In addition, very close to the house there are several restaurants and a gym with indoor swimming pool and tennis courts.
