Room 228 - I did not like the door that had no lock or way to actually close it that attached to another room. Only having duct tape and foam to closed it off was super unsettling and it kept me nervous someone entering. I did not sleep well. I can believe that a door would be left like that.

Great hotel for pre-airport departure stay. Economical, close to restaurants and only 5 km to Victora airport. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable for 2 people. Have stayed here previously and would not hesitate to do so again.

Horrible highway noise. Which is understandable based on its location. What is frustrating is there is a “back side” away from the highway and a whole other building on the backside. I went for a walk later in the evening and found this part of the hotel well over 50% vacant while the front “noisy” side was much more utilized. Why not fill up the quiet side and offer a discount on the noisy side? Just left a bad impression. Room was clean and everything worked.

Check in was fast, rooms have been upgraded and I was pleasantly surprised how nice they were for this type of property. Beds and pillows were good, lots of parking, no noise issues despite being on the highway. Will surely stay here again if I need to be close to the airport!
