Unit was clean but as basic as it comes. There were only hard wooden banquet type chairs for seating. It has been newly renovated which was fresh but for $300 per night it left a lot to be desired. Bathroom had just a small sink with no place to put anything on, no counter space at all. Kitchenette had almost nothing in it.

We were in the first floor and tenants on the 2nd floor were quite noisy at times…. This hotel is basic but the bed was good and there’s a little kitchen which is great for making coffee and snacks. I would stay there again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. GARBAGE SERVICE.

We called in advance to let them know we are not going to be there for night 1 of 2 night stay as they would not let us drop the first night without cancelling the whole reservation. Our team contacted hotels.com 3 times to discuss this and twice with Motel 6. They both knew our situation. On night 1 (before our team arrived) I received a call at 230am I’m assuming to let me know they are no showing our rooms? Regardless terrible experience and the service was horrible. Hotels.com helped slightly but our team of three people were out of luck and had no rooms in the city. We had to get couches for them to stay on. I somehow feel we got the level of service that is standard from a Motel 6. Dumpster fire or an experience.

Miscommunication and seemingly un caring.

Room was average. The toilet was in a cubby hole in the bathroom, hard to use without hitting the walls with your elbows. We arrived approximately 30 minutes ahead of check in time and were told the room wasn’t ready yet. We were told we could park on the property and wait. We had our dog with us and they said maybe we could find some shade. The day was hot and we didn’t feel like driving anywhere else so we parked in a spot in front of our room. We waited the 35 minutes and no person from the hotel went in to clean the room that we were told hadn’t been cleaned yet. Later while bending over to pick up something I dropped, I saw a rather large amount of dust bunnies and dirt underneath the bed. It seemed to me the room was still not properly cleaned yet. The check in wasn’t smooth either the first person I dealt with marked down the wrong phone number and when I returned to complete the check in I was told she tried to call me 2 different times. I know I wasn’t happy and won’t be returning there any time soon.
