My group of 5 stayed here for one night and when we checked in our beds were not made, it was very hot in the room and the beds were very hard. Later in the night when we came back from dinner, one person in my group went to shower and the drain was not working in the bathroom so the bathroom was flooded. We went to the front desk and they were helpful to fix the issue which was very kind. At night it was very loud out out windows and also hot in the room. The pillows were also very bad and some people said their beds were very hard. Overall it was an okay experience for one night but I would not recommend staying here if you can avoid it.

It is not a hotel it’s a hostel. If you are travelling with family please don’t stay at this property. Staff is like robots. No fans and air circulation in the room. It’s like a jail room. Furniture is so tightly placed there is no circulation space at all. Only one plus point is that it is near to the Wein central train station that’s it. Thank you.

Worst hostel experience I’ve had. People everywhere it was chaos, kids racing around like a crèche, my bed was filthy dusty, usbs were broke so I had zero power, they hand you your bed sheets to make your own bed from scratch. Just extremely bad.

The front desk staff was very slow, with check-in taking at least two hours. The rooms weren’t clean on arrival, and housekeeping didn’t finish until 7 PM, which was frustrating and inconvenient.

The very first thing we liked about this hotel is the accessibility to transportation. Its like 5mins walk to main trainstation where theres a lot of dine in places and shops to get your needs oj your stay plus 18 mins to airport, a family friendly hotel, very affordable and suits for backpackers travellers We will definitely book again if come back next time

Es limpio y relativamente bien ubicado. Habitacion basica con poquisimo mobiliario. No ofrece tv, ni radio. La calificacion mas baja es para el servicio al cliente( es inexistente) no ofrecen ni un saludo de bienvenida los jóvenes de la recepción. Un training de servicio les vendria muy bien o un viaje a LatinAmerica donde nos pasamos de amables.

Very poor experience here, room is not well maintained. The cable port on the bedside doesn’t work, quite an awful experience. The bathrooms are so untidy, literally even places in remote areas could turn out to be better. The water doesn’t drain, nor the walls are cleaned with black moss on the roof as there is not ventilation or exhaust. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here, I did spend a couple of nights without any proper sleep. I not only wasted my money here, but couldn’t not even make most of my trip here. Not to mention the images not necessarily say that the accommodation looks like this from the inside. Forget about this place being OK to stay, this place is far from liveable.
