The location was excellent and the place itself was comfortable, but the coffee was terrible. The customer service was also very poor. It feels like the hotel is run by people who don’t want to be there. I understand the self-service concept, but sometimes their own system doesn’t work and someone needs to assist. The least you expect is a friendly attitude, not to be treated as if you’re a burden. On top of that, my plan included breakfast, but it didn’t show in their system, so I had to pay extra.
