Die Unterkunft ist praktisch gelegen wenn man mit dem Zug nach Wien reist. Preis Leistung ist OK. Die Luft in den Gängen war sehr stickigen im Zimmer konnte man das Fenster fast nicht öffnen. An der Rezeption hatte es zu wenig Personal und man musste lange warten. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich.

Das A&O Hotel in Wien am Hauptbahnhof, ist für jede Reise das Richtige. Das Hotel mit Einzelzimmer und Doppelzimmer liegt auf der einen Seite und der Hostel Teil (Hauptsächlich Mehrbettzimmer) auf der Anderen Seite. Da das Hotel Nähe am Hauptbahnhof liegt, ist man mit den ÖBB schnell am Ziel. Egal ob Bus, S-Bahn, U-Bahn oder Fernzüge alles ist dabei. Habe gut geschlafen. Bis auf eine Nacht, da war auf dem Stockwerk ziemlicher Lärm. Aber als ich das an der Reception meldete, sorgte ein Mitarbeiter der Security schnell für Ruhe.

ich hätte mehr hilfe erwartet aber waren aroannt bis fast vor ende. sollten behinderten etwas mehr verständnis hilfe anbieten waren für mich kühl aber sonst zu frieden stehend ende woche sehr lärmig euer kunde
