The location was perfect for us. Check-in wasn't the most pleasant. The young staff were extremely friendly. We were unfortunate to have an older gentleman checking us in and it appeared to be an inconvenience for him. Food great and drink not overpriced. Will definitely be staying here again.

Incredibly nice staff, beds were great to sleep in, bath tub was nice but the shower itself functioned poorly. Location is superb.

Great environment decent rooms

The hotel was very clean and it's locati was awesome...however there was lot of noise from road in mornings. Though our room wasn't ready at checkin, the staff was particularly helpful and friendly. Didn't eat the breakfast buffet served at hotel but there are lots of restaurants and cafes close by.

Vienna trip

Excellent hotel with access to the tube system just across the road. The free WiFi was a bit hit and miss but I would definitely stay there again. This is the second Austria Trend hotel I have stayed in and both were excellent. So I also recommend the hotel group.

Great Hotel in a quiet neighbourhood

This is a great place to stay which has the underground station right opposite across the road and its only a few stops from the city centre, St, Stephan's Platz. The reception was friendly and polite; the room was clean and airy. No bad smells hanging in the air. The beds were comfortable and no unwelcome noises during the night.
