The staff was very polite but room was not cleaned on the first day. Also, the body wash bottle in the shower was empty and even after calling the reception desk twice it was refilled until that night. So we had to take a shower with hand soap in the morning.

It was only 150 yards from Pilgrimage station. So convenient with a few food places also open to late. The room was large and entire hotel clean. Had plenty of guests. Perfect for us and child. Loved it. Staff were all helpful.

A good hotel

The hotel was friendly, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. My only problem was that the doors on the shower did not close completely, so water leaked out onto the bathroom floor.

Would not recommend this place. The location was not good. There was construction right outside so it was very noisy. After sightseeing all day all we wanted to do was shower and go to sleep. Unfortunately, when we went to shower the hot water had zero water pressure. We had to go to the front deck to ask for help since the phone in the hotel room did not work. They came up and they also could not fix it. They said they didn't even know if there was any availability to switch rooms which we did not want to do since it was late and we were exhausted! Horrible customer service as well.
