Was overall extremely pleased with this hotel, for every reason bar one. We arrived on a public holiday when shops were closed, and werent able to buy snacks for the room, but we had seen on 2 separate floors there was a sign for drinks and snacks, and presumed they meant vending machines. It seems they must have been removed, but they havent removed the signs. Then, on the tv system there was a menu for room service, so we took ages deciding what we wanted, and then asked for some and the women was extremely confused and said they don't offer room service. We said, its on the tv, she said, oh its old, we dont do food any more, just breakfast. So we were starving. Apart from this, i would recommend. Very clean rooms, walk in shower wet room, large room, plenty of wardrobe space, and storage. An iron and ironing board in the room, laundry service, lots of mini toiletries supplied free, comfy bed, working airconditioning (it was hot!) and a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, which we hadnt been expecting, so was great to prepare sandwiches for the day. Ideal location 4 mins walk from a square with train station/ tram service and supermarket, and some cafes, but a good way from the actual city. But easy to get on train /metro/ bus from the square. We even wlked one day, but its a good walk. Good not to be in the busy city centre. They even kept our bags secure for the day when we checked out, cos our flight wasnt till late. I would def stay there again if i was in Vienna.

It was great... many shops around the hotel.. train and buses and underground 5 minutes away... excellent will stay here again..

Clean and affordable hotel

Wonderful hotel. Early staffs on Saturday and Sunday were superb. Cleaned hotel. It wss refreshing and relaxing. Will definitely come bac and recommend to friends and family planning to travel to vienna.

Nice, clean and big room with nice kitchenette. Very good location near U-Bahn and commuter train station, just couple of minutes walk and you can easily travel anywhete in the city. Friendly and helpful staff.
