Best service from staff. Best brekfast with home made eggs and crepes. I so looked forward to the breakfasts every day. Loved this hotel so much. Can’t say enough good things about the hospitality and consideration from all the staff. Thanks to Marie Louise (hotel manager) and the kitchen staff for their exceptional service. Highly recommend!!

Great place to explore Vienna from

This hotel is in a great location for easy walking access to all the sites you will want to see in Vienna. It has a great little breakfast service with lovely staff and very nice coffee. We would definitely use this hotel again in the future.

Great service from the staff. Beautiful, large, modern and well decorated room. Full and delicious breakfast. From 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. you have complimentary snacks, fruit and beer. The hotel is very well located. It would be nice if they sent you check-in instructions in advance since the hotel is in a building and the lobby is on the second floor. I would not hesitate to return.

Everything about the property was great, breakfast was fantastic. Only thing that was really bad were the pillows. They were so flat that our neck hurt when we woke up. We tried to ask for more pillows but they said there weren’t extra pillows available.

The room was very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. It was very quiet which allowed for a great nights sleep. The breakfast was included and they offered a buffet of fruit, cereals, toast, etc. or you could special order. We had omelettes and they were delicious. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay. The location was nice, tucked away on a quiet street. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spacious room, comfortable bed, great location 5 min walk from st-Stephens platz. Breakfast was great. Close to all public transportation and walking distance from most landmark places. One slight comment. Temporary reception area is close to the rooms on level 2 and is a bit noisy in the morning.
