Fabulous hotel with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Much more personal service than a big chain hotel. Breakfast was superb with good choice of very fresh food. Room was well equipped, clean and tidy and good view from balcony on 13th floor. I stay in a lot of hotels and would definitely recommend this one.

Stayed for 3 nights lovely hotel good price. Location perfect, near a lovely park, near train station. Cant comment on hotel restaurant as did not eat there. Would I stay there again ??? Yes

Perfect locatiom

The hotel is in bedt locatiom to explore vienna Over all experience is good. Reception area is not up to 4 stars.

Fantastic stay

Really great location and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel for sure. We had the executive suite on the 12th floor with amazing views of the City.

Excellent Value in a Central Location

We just returned from a 4 night stay in Hotel Am Parkring and we would highly recommend it. The location is excellent with the central city area and transport links in very close proximity. The hotel itself is basically made up of a ground floor reception area with 3 floors of accommodation on the 11th-13th floor where there is also a restaurant. There are two wonderful aspects to this hotel. Firstly the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful which was a real plus. Secondly, as all the rooms are on high floors, the views over the city are fabulous. I would recommend paying the little extra for the huge balcony because you get great views and sunsets over the cathedral.

So convenient

Excellent location with easy walks of a few minutes to all the central attractions. Comfortable and extremely friendly - Strongly recommend this hotel.

Really good christmas

The rooms, reception, location and food was excellent. The reception staff were particularly helpful and made our stay that much better with their helpful advice and suggestions Views and dinner in the dining room were exquisite. BUT. Why can't they learn to make hot coffee for breakfast? We returned ours twice because it was cold but it was never any better. What a shame! Please get this right when we come again - which we WILL do.
