Booked this for my brother-in-law and his wife as they had to stay an extra night due to flight changes and the Grand Ferdinand where we had been staying was full. Check in was great. Room was small but adequate for one night - and the price was reasonable. Have not spoken with him yet to ask how breakfast was.

The hotel was lovely. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Accommodations were excellent. Location was superb. Very close to trains and many things within walking distance.

Great location right on the major boulevard of Vienna. Very close to City Centre. Walkable to other main attractions, reasonably priced and in a quiet area. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location. Within walking distance to all main attractions, grocery shopping, malls and restaurants. Very short walk from the tram stop. We stayed in Apartment 33A. Amazing place. Very quiet and cozy, It had everything we needed - small kitchenette with fridge, stove, microwave, tea kettle and nespresso machine. We will definitely stay there again.

It’s a nice, quaint hotel. We do not spend much time at the hotels while on holiday. It’s a comfortable bed, decent size room. Not a lot of amenities but it is perfect for people who really plan to sleep and shower. It was perfect for us. Showers are quite small. Wonderful location.

Very poor

There were 2 used dental flosses in the bathtub, the room was smelling strange and there was no window, only bottom-hung window, which couldn't be opened because the main street was below and very loud. Breakfast was very poor, only basics and there is not enough space in the cellar room for everybody. This hotel would not exist if it hadn't this good location. Max 2 Star hotel.

All of the rooms are located on the 6th floor, so aside from navigating to the room itself our short stay was nice. Be sure to bring amenities like your toothbrush and toothpaste as only soaps, towels, and few coffee & tea packets (with a little nespresso machine) are available. Altogether it was a lovely stay closely located to tourist attractions and quiet in the evening. Would definitely come back if need be!

Hotel is 5 min walk to Mirabell Gardens. Staff is really nice. Room was very spacious with separate area for closets and entryway. Everything was very close. Only bad thing was that they had a couple of night clubs very near and on Friday you could hear the people talking loudly, inside the room. We were tired and didn’t mind too much but it went on until 2 am. Our room faced the same street as the club. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much.
