Room was overpriced and small. The carpets and bathroom, as weĺl as the hallway outside of it smelled of mildew and mold. There were water stains on the hall carpets. Female front desk staff impolite.

The kindest staff. They were most helpful with any questions or inquiries. The room was very nice and the bathroom and shower was spacious. The breakfast was so good as well. You really cannot find a better location either. 2 minutes from St. Stephen Cathedral and 6 minute walk to the Opera House. We used their car service from the Airport and it was seamless. Super easy. Yet it was the staff that made the hotel so nice

We really enjoyed the hotel and especially the location. The room was spacious and clean with good amenities. The only issue was that the beds sag a bit from age but they were still decent. I would stay here again. The staff was also polite and helpful. The gift shop in the hotel is great too.
