Too much cigarette smoke in lobby

Booked 2 suites and paid extra specifically for king sized beds. One of the suites on the top floor was a small “full” bed. We were able to switch to another room but it was smaller and then after 2 nights we had to move to a suite that we originally booked. No compensation was offered. We would have liked something like breakfast or a credit for the restaurant. Also the lobby is Always smoky because the employees sit outside with the door open and smoke behind the bar. Location is close to train station

This is a wonderful place. Although it is not far from train station, it with clear signs helping find the hotel. Great room, nice breakfast!!!
