Checkin war gut - wir durften auch bisschen früher einchecken. Zimmer war ok. Es gab paar Haarsträhnen. Teppich war dreckig. Unser Zimmer war auf der Strassenseite. Die Fenstern sind sehr undicht. Es war in der Nachr sehr laut. Es war auch immer kalt im Zimmer. Durch das Fenster kam Luft rein. Der Zimmerpfleger war sehr nett.

Alles in allem völlig in Ordnung. (Klima-)Anlage auf dem Dach machte am ersten und zweiten Tag unangenehme Geräusche, danach ok. Frühstücksbuffet: nichts zu meckern, Auswahl gut. Bett/Matratze: überraschend gut! Kennt man aus anderen Hotels anders. Lage: nahe Westbahnhof und Mariahilfer Str. (Einkaufszeile, sehr schön!) prima, alles von hier aus gut zu erreichen (Innenstadt, Flughafen), U-Bahn / Straßenbahn fast vor der Türe.
