Our stay was excellent. Great location that was walkable to a variety of restaurants and many of Vienna’s top attractions (minutes from the concert hall and the opera house). We had a comfortable, well-appointed and nicely designed room. Informative, friendly and attentive staff who provided excellent service and many recommendations that were spot-on. The staff was extremely kind, especially the breakfast staff.Carl was very thoughtful and proactive and accommodating us with a little six month old. The hotel is located very close to the trams and the U Bahn and very quiet at night. We will definitely return here again.

Excellent location. Restaurant that is co-located w the hotel and provides the room service to the rooms is a very nice restaurant. The hotel seems short staffed and some of the front desk staff know nothing about the area around the hotel.

This is a lovely small hotel with very nice staff, nice rooms, a lovely quiet spa, and amazing restaurant. It is close to all of the attractions and transportation. I wish every hotel experience could be like this. The staff are so lovely, accommodating, informative, and friendly. The interior is a refined touch of elegance and simplicity. The breakfast was worth it for me because I didn’t have to think about where to eat and it filled me up the whole day until dinner. I also highly recommend dinner at Glasswing…What an amazing experience.
