Nice apartment on the seafront ideal for your beach vacation. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It is air-conditioned, has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a double sofa bed and access to a large terrace with views of the main beach.

In its surroundings you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream parlors and much more.

The building has an elevator.

Animals are not permitted.

1st. We are available for any questions in order to have a pleasant stay.

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Towels supplement €4/person.

3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key delivery from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Check-in time to the apartment: from 17:00 (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00). Check-in before 17:00 may incur a surcharge.

Check out time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.

4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.

6th. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.

8º The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.



9th. The Wiffi is optional (€ 5 day), must be booked in advance, since there are certain devices.
