Modern apartment / penthouse of 130 m2 on 2 levels and a private large roof terrace of 170 m2.
Newly renovated with new kitchen, new bathroom and new furniture.
The apartment is located 300 m from the fine sandy beach of Playa Finestrat in La Cala. Access is available to the large pool with children and toddler's division as well as tennis court.
Incredibly beautiful sea and mountain views from both balconies and roof rack.

La Cala borders Benidorm and it is about 10 min walk to the big Poniente beach which is several km long which in turn borders the Levante beach.
Good bus links are available to these beaches as well as shopping in the Old Town of Benidorm center, the shopping center of La Marina is only about 15 mins walk away away all a few min by bus.

Close to major golf courses, theme park Terra Mitica, Aqua landia, Terra Natura et al.
