Заселение было ночью - встретили очень добродушно. Очень удобные кровати - выспались замечательно и было тихо в отеле. Очень удобное расположение - вокзалы рядом и любой транспорт рядом. Мы не первый раз в вашем отеле - спасибо за гостепреимство!

This is okay for the money, good breakfast too! On my previous visits this hotel has been very cold place, something has changed and it was actually nice to be in a warm room and hotel.

Great location & view; rude waitress ruined stay!

Pros: Proximity to Old Town and tourist sights
Cons: Train your waitresses to have manners and not treat guests with rudeness and contempt
Location: Very close to Gates of Dawn entrance into the Old Town
This is a great hotel for it's situation close to the train station and bus stations (both with really convenient links to the airport and other parts of Lithuania and the Baltics). It's also got a great view of the Old Town of Vilnius. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The only thing to note about the rooms is that the walls are quire thin, so you can hear your neighbours, and the doors don't close very quietly, so you will be woken up by them slamming shut. This place is a large hotel, so it does have tour groups staying, which is fine when it's adults, but noisier when it's kids. Hotel staff on reception are very helpful and courteous, however, they are let down by the surly waitress I unfortunately encountered at breakfast one morning. This particular waitress decided to rudely tell me off in front of lots of other hotel guests, when I had taken an apple off the breakfast table. Apparently not all food on the breakfast table is for eating, yet there's no signs to say don't take an apple out of the jar of apples, because it's not for consumption, it's for decoration. She chastised me, took the apple off me and then placed it back in the jar and left me embarrassed to then find another apple that was allowed to eat. This is not the type of 'service' I would expect - to try to embarrass and humiliate your guests in front of others and tell them off like a child. I don't pay good money to stay at a place for this to happen. Disgusting behaviour!

Overall good hotel

Good hotel with potential to be much better. Very helpful staff, tasty breakfast, close to centre. The only downfall are rooms which are a bit dated, old TV with no English channels. Otherwise, very enjoyable stay. Good value for money.

Nice hotel by the gate of the old town of Vilnius

Pros: Free wifi was excellent and quick. Rooms are uncomplicated and colours in them are light.
Cons: coffeemaker in the room would be fine
Location: Close to the railway station and bus station. Hotel is by the gate of the Old Town with thw cosy cafes and restaurants and everything.
I spent four days in a conference in Vilnius and this hotel was a good and peaceful place to relax and sleep. I did not hear any traffic noises in my room. The staff is helpful.

Sijainti toimiva ja rauhallista & hiljaista öisin. Palvelu ok, vaikka haasteita ymmärrettävyydessä. Huoneet siistejä, hieman nukkavieruja. Kokolattiat matot iso miinus. Hirveän surkeat tyyny!!!!
