Very beautiful house next to the beach, very close to la Cala el the North coast of Vinaròs,
The house have 1 double room with one couple bed and two double bedrooms with two beds each one, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathromm and a toiled, the house also have a garege where it's posible to park the car and a garden with another parking car, a terrace and a barbecue. There are a table and six chairs to have lunch in the garden.

Vinaroz is about 15 minutes from Peñíscola, Sant Carles. half and hour from "Delta de l'Ebre", 1'30 from Port Aventura and Salou. half an hour from Marina d'Or, 1'15 from Castellón and 1 from Morella, from Sant Jordi Golf resort.

At about 1 hour from the Castellón airport an 2'30 hours from Barcelona airport.

Casa unifamiliar amb tot l'equipament necessari per passar uns dies a la costa. Els propietaris han estat molt atents. Ha sigut una bona elecció.

La location est très agréable dans un quartier calme. La maison est très simplement meublée. Elle est grande et convient bien pour un couple avec 4 enfants. Le jardin est très agréable. Elle reste fraiche par grande chaleur. La proximité réelle de la mer est un atout. Les contacts avec la propriétaire sont facile. Elle est très conviviale. Il faudrait quelques documents touristiques sur la région dans un meuble du séjour… Je recommande cette location. Alexandre P.
