I got a mysterious “room upgrade” charge that I had to call and dispute. Front desk couldn’t explain what it was for as I didn’t upgrade or request an upgrade. Hotel was 2 star level. No body wash. No place to rinse your feet off after walking in the sand. Very slow check in. Hard bed

Loved the stay. The room was clean, well-appointed, and had amazing ocean views. Had a small issue with our shower that was fixed promptly and professionally. All staff were courteous and knowledgeable.

For the price, the hotel was just okay. The indoor pool was super cloudy, there was no microwave in the room, the lamp shade was ripped, and we didn’t have wash cloths in our room. The hotel itself had a weird nair like smell. I also did not know we had to pay to self park until checking in. The view from our balcony, however, was beautiful & the bed was comfortable.
