Beachfront location was very convenient but the hotel was pretty run down and the elevators were terrible - my husband even got stuck in one! The kids enjoyed the three pools even though it was hard to find a seat/lounger and one of them faced a 7 eleven so not a very nice ambiance. The staff were helpful and did the best they could given the state of the hotel. If you can splurge $50-$100 more, I would, otherwise this is a decent economy option.

What I did not like is that I was charged $40 dollars to my credit card. I spoke with someone from the hotel, and I was told that Monday morning, I will have a refund, and I waited until Tuesday, and they never refund it my money. I called again and this time, I spoke with someone else that told me, the 40 dollars are for parking fees which is a story because when I made the reservation, their website says free parking. I wonder how many people they are robbing the 40 dollars. Shame on you guys. I will never stay at your hotel anymore

The stay was beautiful. Great location and very convenient with the distance to the beach. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was thorough with coming in daily. Vinson at the front desk was super helpful and sweet. The ONLY issue we had was that our bed was a little uncomfortable. It felt like there was a crack in the bed frame which made us sink to the middle of the bed. Aside from that, everything else was great. I would definitely stay again.

It was the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. I paid $700 for two night stay. The first room was so nasty. My grandson was crawling on the carpet and when we picked him up his hands, knees and feet were black! I complained they put us in another but it was not much better. The door would not open until after three tries it was broken. Pool water was murky. I will never stay there again!

The only bad reviews I have about this place is that you have to pay for parking regardless if you’re a guest or not, and the elevators stayed super busy and the steps were the better option. The hot water does not get hot, the first morning, I took a VERY lukewarm shower.

The first room i was given had parts of the ceiling falling down onto the carpet, tv and bed. The second room they gave me to make up for this had guests in it and the third room was good except the moths the kept flying in. The staff was very accommodating and did the best they could to help us out of this wild situation.

Sauna was out of order. Housekeeping was not efficient. No air conditioning in the hotel aside from first floor. Rooms were good size. Pools were nice. Ocean view was beautiful.
