Convenient to the beach. Older motel, was clean for the most part except black mold that was growing on the ceiling and lamp shades. Shower curtain was disgusting, but was giving a new one after asking.

Motel needs updating, elevator was not work to the 1st floor. The rooms were ok. Location is great close to the beach. Staff was very helpful Dinesh was great and he helped us with anything we needed.

The elevator did not work when arrived, had to take stairs to 2nd floor. You could easily hear everything outside your room. No hygiene products like shampoo or conditioner, tissues. It was not what I expected. Breakfast was coffee, juice and one item only like a small muffin or yogurt. I won’t be back.

What is shown on the web is nothing like the real thing. The conditions are in its worst. It has 6 floors and the elevator did not work. When i arrived i received a text from the hotel asking to contact them for anything needed. I texted back and mentioned all the missing things for the room and the following day i had to go and get them myself. Dont get fooled by the pictures on line, the place is very poor quality.

Don’t fall for a false upgrade!! It doesn’t exist!

The hotel is more of a motel, which is fine. It does the job of providing a comfortable bed in a nice cool environment. The pool was nice and clean, but there is NO shade!!! The umbrellas are all broken so it’s very hot!!!! The bed frame was very loud because it was made out of metal, not really an issue. The room was nice and cold especially after coming back from a very hot Virginia Beach day in the sun. The bathroom was clean but the toilet had no flush power. Had to improvise by throwing extra water in there while flushing so it would go down. Housekeeping never came, I asked for a change in towels after day 2 but they never came, like if they didn’t get the memo. We had to grab them while they were walking in front of our room to have them switch them out. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT is not with the hotel itself, but the hotels.com website that allows you to pay for an upgrade that DOES NOT exist. DO NOT fall for this scam. The standard room rate is either for a King or two doubles. They offered me an option that was for two queen beds instead of doubles at a higher rate which I paid and when I checked into the hotel they told me that they don’t even have that as an option in their hotel. So I ended up in the standard double/double room even though I paid extra to stay in a queen/queen room. My friend and I both booked the same hotel on the same days but I paid more for the same exact thing she got because of the false upgrade hotels.com offers

The check in staff was not polite. He was doing his job as if someone forced him to do that job. The amount was fully paid in advance as non refundable. He reserved another card for no reason. I am sure not returning to this facility again.
