The staff was very friendly. The checkin process was easy. Our room was very clean. Everything worked. Great water pressure in the shower. No complaints about our stay. The price was very good!

I loved this place. Best part was that there was a surfing competition going on at the same time and the view from my 5th floor was great. Definitely recommended anytime at this spot. Staff was very friendly. And it’s consider again

Huge room

Very nice room, large with great ocean views. It’s an older building, but they’ve done a wonderful job with maintenance and updates. Our only wish would be for more carts; we weren’t able to get one when we arrived or when we left.

This is an older property with a lot of appeal. The spaces we were in (we had two rooms) were freshly painted, nice drapes and upholstery and sweepable floors. ALL the staff was friendly and efficient. We will definitely return.

For an older beachside hotel this is a great option. The room was clean, location is phenomenal, and the view is magnificent. Some obvious age issues when you look close but nothing distracting. Will likely stay there next time I visit family.

When we arrived at the hotel along with other guests we had booked a ocean front room but when we got there they said that they didn't have any more left then they said that I had booked through Expedia and there's nothing that they could do other guests complained about the same situation I went outside I went to their website and found that they did have Oceanfront rooms available they gave me the number to contact Expedia then they said that they normally do not give refunds but I did end up getting a refund but we had nowhere to stay a gentleman and his wife behind us that was going through the same situation after they had told me that they had no Oceanfront rooms available they offered them a Ocean Front Room

Quiet and cozy

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was cozy and had a great view. The elevators were a bit scary looking, but worked quickly. Very quiet location.

Things I liked were the huge heart shaped Jacuzzi tub, location, easy access to the boardwalk and beach. Things I didn't like were the small, uncomfortable bed, small tv, toilet lid wouldn't stay up while I was peeing, and the rooms aren't very sound proof.
