I wanted to share my wonderful experience at your hotel during my recent winter visit. The staff, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring about the hotel's upkeep. The hotel's cleanliness stood out, especially in the lobby where I spent a lot of time. I chuckled watching the same staff member meticulously clean the same spots multiple times . The pool was warm and inviting, a hit with the kids. Even the parking garage was spotless. The room was a pleasant surprise, equipped with everything I needed: toiletries, dishes, detergent, iron, and more. The only drawback was the stove's limited heat, but I managed with the microwave. Considering the building's age, the interior is a welcome surprise. Overall, I'm thrilled with my stay and look forward to returning. Thanks for a cozy winter escape
