Overall not a bad hotel. Came in for a concert at the Dome which was in walking distance. We stayed a few extra days. Everything was clean. Had some issues with a water leak but they did change our room so no biggie. Would stay again.

Staff was horrible and lazy, management was very rude, disrespectful. Staff was sleeping and very high off of drugs even asked serval guest for products. One elevated for whole hotel in which it got stuck with guest in it. Doors to room doesn’t work properly. Mold on the ceiling in hallway.

It was okay, balconies need serious upkeep. Front desk not great at all left me standing there for 10 minutes while on phone all I needed to do was turn keys in. Finally I put them on desk and left.

This is was my second stay there, it’s a great location and has a garage. I wished that it has a little something for breakfast and guest laundry but that will not stop me from staying there again. My faucets leaked but still nothing big.

Found two cockroaches in our room at 11:30 at night, moved to a new room and discovered black mold in the new rooms bathroom the following morning. Immediately had to find a last minute hotel for two days to try and salvage what was left of my birthday trip. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Garage for free parking right next door. Loved the beverage machine. Popcorn machine was cute. Bed and pillows comfy. Room clean. Service was friendly. View amazing.

Long timer disappointed

Stayed here for years and this was one of the worst sadly. The internet was down for 3 days. The pool heater wasn't working or on. The door to the boardwalk wasn't working several times. They tried to check us out early because of office miscommunication. Witnessed people checking into a room that was already occupied. Plts, there was a whole party in the top of the Parking garage one night too with loud music and drinking. Other than those things, beds were comfy and the room was clean and the staff was very helpful!
