The pool wasn’t vacuumed out until the evening before we left. My hotel door was very hard to open. I had to push extremely hard to open it. I seen my door open a couple of times when I returned to my room. You could not use the pull out couch because the mattress was dirty and stained. I had to go by an air mattress for my son to sleep on.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and definitely will not be my last. i really enjoyed my time here. the employees were nice and friendly. dining options were good for when i did not want to leave the room. will be back soon.

Great location! Great service! Friendly staff. Safe was broken A/C made a lot of different noises and made it hard to sleep. It’s possible it was just that room, but I’m not sure I’ll stay here again.

The pull out sofa was unusable. Probably needs to be replaced. Our impressions was we were in the older side of the building. The elevator seemed very wonky. And the restaurant was supposedly open during the day but there was nobody working.

Terrible Experience – Would Never Return I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life here. I booked and paid for an ocean view room with a king bed, kitchen, and sofa couch. Instead, I was given a standard double bed room with none of the amenities I reserved. When I brought it up, the staff told me I’d be moved to the correct room the next day — so I agreed to wait. The next day, they completely changed their story and said I wouldn’t be moved, but they would refund me $839 for the downgrade. I accepted the refund, but the issues didn’t stop there. Housekeeping never came. I had to repeatedly ask both the front desk and the cleaning staff to service the room. On the third day, they finally changed the bed sheets — but never vacuumed or actually cleaned the space. At that point, we decided to cut our stay short due to the constant problems. When I went to check out and confirm the refund, I was told by the front desk that many of their staff are new hires and had given me incorrect information, and that I now had to contact Expedia myself. It felt like my original room was resold at a higher rate and I was fed excuses to cover it up. I was misled, dismissed, and left with no support. How am I supposed to know who is a new hire and who actually knows what they’re doing? This hotel was unprofessional, disorganized, and dishonest from start to finish. I do not recommend staying here.

The stay wasn’t awful, but I was very disappointed when I went to check in and they didn’t have the room I requested. There were plugs/wires hanging out of the wall and the wall below the mirror was so nasty. The room had a weird smell but we left the sliding door open so it wasn’t as bad.

The property was amazing. Our only complaints were that housekeeping never came when asked and when we checked in we were told they “upgraded us” because they had overbooked. The “upgrade” didn’t have as many beds as the room we booked, the hotel was out of extra beds so we had to buy a blow up bed to accommodate all of our party. Other than those things, the stay was wonderful.
