This hotel is under construction / renovation !!! Customers should know that before booking. No lobby, dirty elevators, makeshift front desk, check in at 4 pm without any place to sit down. When asked where to sit while waiting for a room they said to go outside on the bench (very cold and raining). Room was fine, clean and comfortable but bed mattresses are sagging on the side that everyone uses; they need to be rotated or turned over or replaced.
