I would say we did like everything..In my particular case (I had a big issue in regards of my reservation) Monica did go way beyond her duties..We got an assurance that everything will be straighten out,so it didn't spoil our good first impression..

Bang for buck

The rooms were, as expected, quite basic. They were clean and comfortable and basic amenities were provided. Checking in went clean and quick, checkout went smoothly too and holding our luggage in storage was no problem. The restaurant was one of the lesser points because of a very small range of dishes. The staff, however, made up for the lack of choice and atmosphere in the dining room. They had a very enthusiastic attitude and you won't find yourself with an empty glass at the bar. Excellent bang for buck too.
