We really liked the hotel and the the executive room. The staff were excellent couldn't do enough to help. We had an issue with our safe lock jamming and we couldn't get into the safe a member of staff went out of their way at midnight to sort it out for us despite us saying it could have waited until the next day. We had a poor dining experience the first night me partner burger was cold she sent it back and it came back again cold the staff member didn't really help but the manager made sure another burger was made fresh and arrived but well after i had finished my meal.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfortable mattress. Although when neighboring room close door, it tends to vibrate the walls/bed. It could have some better noise-proofing. It is walkable to many dining and tourist attractions and museums.
