Everything was good except the heat/air conditioning. It was so uncomfortable! Either burning up or freezing. We had the staff come up to fix it at least 5 times. Finally comfortable on day 4 of our stay.

We enjoyed a 5 night stay at this hotel. Room upgrade definitely enhanced our experience and the staff were very polite and helpful. Hotel was right across from tube station which was amazing and quite a few food places nearby. I’d definitely consider stayinf again
