This is unfortunately not worth the price. I stayed one time prior and was rather satisfied with the quality but this time, the room is very old, there are no plugs next to the bedside tables, there is no coffee machine and very little added items such as vanity kits, hand soaps, etc. The cleanliness is very unsatisfactory, they basically just made the bed without even actually cleaning the room, not even replacing the water bottles or cups. This is not really what is expected for a hotel of this price and rating.

Property in good location - parking was extremely expensive for the night, fire alarm going off at 02.30 am - stinks of canabis. Complained when I left but no-one was bothered, other guests complaining also

It was a pleasure to stay at Millennium Gloucester Hotel. We really liked that the Tube was so close and the pubs around the Hotel. We enjoyed it and would choose this Hotel again.

All in all a nice property in a good area with a reasonable amount of street parking. Only negative of the room design was bathroom size. The loo is hard against the door so all a bit awkward. Of far greater concern however is the elevator mechanism that makes a noise every 3-4 seconds like the sound of a loo seat slamming. This lasted all night. As a result, after being woken up by a screaming row in the corridor at 0415hrs, I got no further sleep. I complained at check out and asked that the management get in touch within 48 hours or I would report on Trip Advisor which I am now doing. DO NOT stay in a room next to the lifts.

Front desk staff were good and helpful at all times. Room could have been better prepared - half empty water bottles and not enough towels and robes. Bins still contained rubbish in them from previous occupant. House keeping knocked on the door and made us feel like we needed to leave asap when we had a check out time of 12pm. Not my best London hotel experience.

We stayed at Millennium Gloucester for three nights and found our stay disappointing because of the following reasons: the room was dated, dark, with a smell of mold and visible mold in the window sills the hotel was inflexible as regards arrival time of their customers and charged 50-100 pounds from a customer who wanted the room before 3pm the room was nothing like in the photos on websites, only positive was that the room was quite spacious and quiet There are way nicer hotels near Gloucester Road Station with a more welcoming attitude, better rooms and within same price range

Einmal mehr ein falscher Feueralarm bei unserem Aufenthalt. Wird, leider, langsam zur Gewohnheit bei unseren Aufenthalten. Houskeeping nicht immer ganz zufriedenstellend. Sonst gute Lage zu den Attraktionen der Stadt.

Procedures and equipments are in place to save our lives and help to keep premises and their occupant's safe by providing an early warning of a possible fire and enabling people inside the building to evacuate. The detection systems react to an increase in heat or the presence of smoke but, unfortunately, they can also react to things such as steam, cigarette smoke, aerosol sprays and/ or perfumes. I very much regret the obvious inconvenience caused.
