The restaurant food was absolutely TERRIBLE. Zurek, Schnitzel.. don't throw a Schnitzel in the deep fryer to save time. Last year the duck meat was super old in the Perogies.. who is cooking ? otherwise we love the hotel !

The free airport transport was a great service and very well organised. The bedroom door did not feel very secure - there was no internal locking mechanism, no chain or no peephole. I reported the lack of lock to reception when I first entered my room and they said they would send somebody to look at it. But nobody came. So I slept with the two single seats in the room pushed up against the door to feel a little more secure.

The transfer from/to the airport was easy and on time. They made an early check-in due to the room availability, which I am very thankful for. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

The shuttle service was efficient. However, I agreed with the hotel to send them a message through Expedia inbox messages to arrange the pickup. No one responded until we called them after an hour. Additionally, I talked with the reception to ask them to fix the heating system, and they promised to do so, but no one came.

The staff was wonderful. We were welcomed warmly and our dinner was great too. Room was a little hot and it was kind of noisy to crack open the window cause of the road. But whatever. Room was clean and bathroom was great!
