The room was spacious with a very nice decor. The bed was extremely comfortable with soft pillows and quality linens. The bathroom had a modern look and was spotless. I would definitely recommend staying here. Lots of shopping and food options within walking distance.

My favorite place to stay in DC area.

I normally do not take the time to write reviews, however, I have stayed here at AC Hotel Bethesda, before and had a wonderful time, which is why I came back when I visited Bethesda again. This time, was even better. The atmosphere is amazing, it’s very comfortable inside the lobby. After walking all day in DC it’s very nice to come sit and cool down in there. The room was as amazing as I remembered. The front desk staff I checked in with were all so kind and friendly, and made sure I had every thing I needed and wanted. I also had the best long island iced tea I probably will ever have at their bar. I will definitely be staying here again for my next weekend in the DC area. Thank you AC hotels!!!

When we checked in about 3 pm, a lot of guests were waiting to check in. Yet there was only 1 agent at the front desk. So there was a long line and we had to wait for more than 10 minutes before being greeted by the agent. We were at the bar Sat night (9/6) having wine and watching a football game. A bar waitress, who I think was on duty, stood very close to us and talking very loudly to a couple of guests, probably her friends, at a table next to us. She talked for over half an hour, so loudly that it definitely affected us and perhaps another table (who moved away). She did absolutely no work during that 1/2 hour period. A guest from another table went to the staff and complained that they had been waiting for a long time and had not been served. It was a very annoying experience for us. Finally, in our room, we were given two micro-sized bottles of water. With the amount of money we paid for the room, the hotel could do better than that.
